Custom Design Work
All custom logo requests require an initial design consultation ($25). A retainer fee of $100 is required to begin any design work and will be applied towards the invoice balance. This covers up to 2 hours of graphic designing, interaction and updates. Additional time past 2 hours will be billed at a rate of $50/hr. ALL CUSTOM DESIGN SALES ARE FINAL.
Feedback and Amendments
When the first concept is presented, it will be explained what design decisions have been made. At this point, the client will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request modifications, if required. Up to 3 revision rounds are included within the project scope. Any additional revision requests after the 3 revision rounds will incur an excessive revision fee of $10.00 per occurrence. Once all revision rounds have been completed, a meeting will be scheduled to make final logo selections.
Rights and Ownership
A $250.00 design release fee will be included in the final invoice which ensures that only the approved design becomes the client’s property. Any previous ideas/concepts remain the property of “Pressed Graphics & Designs” unless any prior agreement(s) has/have been made. Pressed Graphics & Designs will retain a copy of all custom designs for marketing and portfolio purposes only.
No Communication Policy
After 30 days of no communication from the client, the project will be terminated and be considered canceled. The client will also forfeit any previously paid deposits. All previously quoted prices will no longer be valid. New consultation fees will be required if the project is resumed after 30 days.
